Office of Management & Budget – AnythingIT has had ongoing meetings with OMB to establish IT asset management procedures that both EPA and GSA will uphold. OMB’s predominant mission is to assist the President in overseeing the preparation of the federal budget and to supervise its administration in Executive Branch agencies. In helping to formulate the President’s spending plans, OMB evaluates the effectiveness of agency programs, policies, and procedures, assesses competing funding demands among agencies, and sets funding priorities. OMB ensures that agency reports, rules, testimony, and proposed legislation are consistent with the President’s Budget and with Administration policies. In addition, OMB oversees and coordinates the Administration’s procurement, financial management, information, and regulatory policies. In each of these areas, OMB’s role is to help improve administrative management, to develop better performance measures and coordinating mechanisms, and to reduce any unnecessary burdens on the public.
U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) – AnythingIT is currently one of a very select few organizations with a GSA Schedule for Technology Trade-In and Asset Management Services. This allows for a credible vehicle for both resellers and agencies direct to utilize the program. Office of the Federal Environmental Executive (OFEE) -AnythingIT is currently working with policymakers in setting the standards by which agencies must follow for decommissioning or exchange/sale of government-owned IT assets. Under Executive Order 13101, the Federal Environmental Executive (FEE) chairs the White House Task Force on Waste Prevention and Recycling. The Task Force works to provide clear national direction for federal agencies and track government’s progress for waste prevention, recycling, and the purchase of recycled-content and environmentally preferable services and products, including biobased products.
US Small Business Administration (SBA) – AnythingIT is an approved Small Business which acting as a subcontractor to HP or an HP reseller for trade-in will be an instrumental value-add towards achieving small business outsourcing quotas.
