It all starts when you choose from our line-up of printers in this program. By joining the PrintCycle program for a nominal fee of $129.00 ($229.00) List Price for multifunction printers) per printer, you can refresh your Samsung printer after three years with a new printer of equal performance.

This nominal fee entitles Samsung PrintCycle customers to:

* Removal, inventorying, and asset disposition of your existing printer at no additional cost
* Recycling of legacy printer at no additional cost
* Replacement Samsung printer will be equal to or better performing model
* No toner contract or specific toner usage requirements
* Optional data cleansing at the additional cost of $5 per printer hard drive

The listed Ship to Address must be the address where the replacement printer is to be shipped. This will be the address listed on the Printcycle Certificate of Coverage.

Once certificate is issued, Please keep this certificate in a safe place as it shows proof of your participation in the program. This certificate is required to claim your printer refresh according to the terms and conditions of the PrintCycle Program offered by Anything IT and/or Samsung.

The RecycleTomorrow Program in conjunction with Samsung PrintCycle Program provides Samsung.

Customer with asset disposition services ata fixed pre-paid price. This program allows Samsung customer when purchasing a new Samsung designated printer(s) to also purchase at the fixed price of $129.00 the following products and services:

• A new or refurbished Samsung printer of equal performance provided by Samsung after three years of use of the prior printer at no additional cost.
• Removal, inventorying, and asset disposition of printer at no additional cost.
• Recycling of legacy printer at no additional cost.
• Optional data destruction at the additional cost of $5.00 per drive.
• Upon determination that your equipment is ready for decommissioningand prior to any shipment to AIT facility, customer shall notify AIT via email at samsungprintcycle@anythingit.com or by telephonetoll free at 877-766-3050. AnythingIT will issue a Statement of Work (SOW) to end-user customer for processing of their decommissioned assets. Assets covered under the PrintCycle/RecycleTomorrow program will not be charged any additional fees.

Assets are only eligible after confirmation of full payment by AIT and said payment shall be made in conjunction and at the same time as the purchase of the new designated Samsung printer. This payment is separate and above the cost of any new designated Samsung printer and other related products and services provided by Samsung with said purchase. All payments will be made to AIT either via credit card, wire transfer, or company check.

The following information is utilized by AIT for verification of RecycleTomorrow coverage.

• Customer Company Name
• Customer Contact Name
• Customer Contact Address where printer is physically located and Telephone Number
• Customer e-mail address
• Complete Asset List of PrintCycle printers, including:
  • Samsung Designated Model Number
  • Samsung Affixed Serial Number
  • Date and Proof of Purchase from Customer
• Shipping costs for replacement printer are not covered under Printcycle and will be billed at the time of shipment or billed to the customer designated shipping account number.
