IT Asset Review and Analysis Phase III
The completion of the inventory, testing and valuation process will yield a comprehensive White Paper containing a detailed analysis of a company's asset technology system management. AnythingIT's professional consultants will provide initial recommendations for enhancing and/or developing new systems and processes, as well as preparing minimum requirements and definitions for system components. We provide a complete "Cost of Ownership" analysis, detailing a company's current cost of ownership, estimated cost of asset management implementation and expected ROI.
Redeployment and Remarketing for a Return on Investment (ROI) Phase III
If it is determined that the asset can still be of use within the company, AnythingIT will coordinate the logistics for deployment of that asset to any of the company's locations. If the asset has limited value to the company but still holds residual value in the market place, AnythingIT can utilize our distribution outlet to sell equipment in the technology aftermarket. We will demonstrate a significant ROI in a revenue-sharing arrangement with the company that will justify any/all costs associated with this program.
Donation Processing and Employee Resale Phase III
If the asset is determined to be of limited use within the company, AnythingIT can coordinate the donation of used equipment to designated nonprofit organizations. AnythingIT coordinates and manages employee purchasing of used equipment, maximizing the organizations return on IT equipment and fostering goodwill with employees.
Lease Return Program Phase III
AnythingIT's tracking capabilities become particularly advantageous in a lease return program, a typically time-consuming and expensive effort undertaken by many companies. Given the substantial dollars spent by businesses on leased equipment, and the significant cost to both the leaser and lesee associated with late returns or damaged machines, a well- defined program becomes even more important. With AnythingIT's assistance, a program can be tailored to ensure that returns are timely, all equipment is accounted for, and damaged assets are reported, thus avoiding unnecessary costs.
DEP Approved Recycling Phase III
AnythingIT coordinates and implements the environmentally compliant destruction of obsolete equipment. We will take responsibility for all environmentally friendly methods of disposal with an emphasis of protecting our clients from long-term liabilities associated with the company's IT equipment. We adhere to the most stringent EPA, DEP, federal and state local guidelines and are continuously looking for new ways of recycling electronic waste that has environmental integrity and
adds value for the company.
